• Send back only the extraction unit
• Use the original box or another strong box with padding

You can upgrade your Pro or Elite Extraction Drill to a bagged unit. For £50 we will convert and fit the dust bag, fit a new filter, include 1 pack of bags, and cover the cost of the postage both ways. Just send back the drill unit in its original box (or any sturdy box you have with padding) and we’ll take care of the rest.

You don't need to send the battery back, just the extraction unit.

VERY IMPORTANT- please ensure there is adequate void fill material in the package, so there is cushioning around the unit. We cannot be held liable if the unit is returned in a way which would allow for it to become damaged in transit. We always use Royal Mail, as we find them very reputable. When you purchase your order you will be sent a QR code to show at the Post Office when you return the item to us. When we receive the item back, we aim to have it converted to a bagged unit and dispatched back out to you within 1-2 working days.
